I want to offer you a warm welcome! Reaching out for counselling takes great courage; it is a significant step on your journey to personal well-being. There are times in our lives where we need to talk through difficult issues, whether they be historic or current with somebody outside of our normal circle. Seeking counselling provides the confidential safe space to do so. You will be accepted and encouraged to explore areas or issues in your life that you may wish to change.
I am a good listener and I genuinely care about my clients; seeing them make changes in their lives which lead to a greater sense of well-being is one of my greatest joys.
Areas I have experience working with:
• Anxiety • Depression • Trauma • Grief • Loss • Bereavement • Anger • Adverse Childhood Experiences • Life transitions • Boarding school trauma • Adult survivors of childhood abuse • Narcissistic abuse • Difficulties in relationships • Family conflict • Significant life changes • Addiction • Phobias • Domestic violence survivor • Loneliness • Stress • Low self-esteem • Spirituality.
